What You’ll Do

Head to France with Chef Mah as your culinary guide to master bakery classics.

In this hands-on baking class with Chef Mah, you'll use time-honored techniques needed to recreate classic sweets found in most French bakeries.

Chef Mah will first teach you how to make the perfect pastry dough and homemade diplomat cream to re-create a classic cream puff. You'll then whip up a delicious Victoria sandwich cake with cream and fresh berries. You'll also learn proper piping tips to make fresh chocolate eclairs.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

After moving to the U.S. with her family, Chef Mah began working as a custom cake baker and decorator. She has since held a handful of pastry chef positions at well-known bakeries and is now a pastry chef and culinary instructor at a trade school in New Jersey.

Chef Mah was absolutely amazing! She is very knowledgeable and walked us through every step of the process. She made the entire ambiance warm and fun! Ingrid was super helpful and extremely warm & welcoming!
