What You’ll Do

Learn the proper way to cook with coconut cream to create a rich seafood risotto.

Discover the secrets to successful cooking in this interactive hands-on cooking class with Chef Nancy. She'll share authentic Filipino techniques for crafting recipes that hold their flavor.

You'll start with marinated grilled beef tapa and a traditional pechay salad with Chinese cabbage and calamansi juice before preparing a chicken soup flavored with lemongrass and loaded with vermicelli and quail eggs. Then, make a seafood risotto with prawns and fresh fish in a coconut cream base, and finish with grilled saba bananas for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Amazing experience! Didn't know what to expect going in but was not disappointed. Chef Nancy was an amazing host and a great teacher. Food came out amazing. I graduated culinary school back in 2018 and I still left feeling like I learned a lot. High recommendations!

Chef Nancy is now a part of our family! She was so welcoming, warm, and friendly. Teaching us the meaning behind the style of Filipino cooking, which is so beautiful. This was more than just a cooking class, but an overall experience my date, and I will never forget. I look forward to visiting Chef Nancy again and with friends this time around!
