What You’ll Do

Get ready to learn how to prepare classic sushi rolls and more from scratch.

In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Chris, you will learn how to prepare a variety of flavorful rolls and appetizers using the freshest, highest-quality ingredients and traditional Japanese sushi-making techniques.

Chef Chris will begin by teaching you how to perfectly blister shishito peppers, served with a savory-sweet soy sauce blend. Then, craft fresh Vietnamese spring rolls filled with lo mein noodles, vibrant vegetables and fragrant mint. You’ll also learn to make a crab and pickled vegetable sushi roll, combining sweet crab with tangy pickled vegetables and seasoned sushi rice. Finally, perfect the unagi roll, featuring tender eel, creamy avocado, eel sauce and a touch of sliced jalapeño for a delightful balance of flavors.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 7+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
