What You’ll Do

Handcraft classic pasta recipes using fresh ingredients with Chef Carly.

Master the art of pasta making and bring the flavors of Italy to your kitchen table. Chef Carly will help you create three authentic pasta recipes bound to be a hit any day of the week.

Chef Carly will begin by teaching you how to make the pasta dough, then you'll prepare lasagna rolls filled with ricotta, Parmesan and mozzarella. Next, fill ravioli with spinach and sun-dried tomatoes topped with a lemon-sage butter. For the final pasta dish, you'll mix pappardelle ribbons with chicken, mushrooms, arugula and a lemon and garlic butter cream sauce.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
