Across four courses, you'll learn how to handcraft puff pastries in a variety of ways, including sweet and savory recipes. You'll begin with spinach artichoke bites before mastering the art of an elegant and pan-seared salmon Wellington sided by garlic cauliflower purée and glazed carrots. For dessert, you'll prepare sweet puff pastry cinnamon twists.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

My wife and I just did a cooking class with Chef Kayla last night and it was so much fun. We learned how to make pasta from scratch, honey butter biscuits and strawberry cupcakes yummmm. Chef Kayla created a fun and energetic atmosphere and provided us with an incredible wealth of knowledge. We love her passion and are so happy we chose her as our chef. I highly recommend you take a cooking class with Chef Kayla, you definitely won't regret it!!

Phenomenal host and chef. My wife and I learned a few things but most of all, we enjoyed our time together learning to prepare a healthy vegan meal. I would highly recommend her and will book her service again in the near future.
