Begin by learning how to make homemade Sichuan chili oil, which you will use to prepare a popular Sichuan beef dish and dry-fried green beans. Finally, whip up a red bean dessert soup.

Chef Li was a thorough and patient teacher and we did all the the cooking as participants. Our group had a wonderful time, learned so much, and truly enjoyed our meal and the entire experience! Would definitely recommend!
