If you want to perfect your breakfast game, this hands-on cooking class with Chef Kate is the perfect way to learn how. Over four courses, you'll discover how to make decadent morning favorites, both sweet and savory.

Start with poached eggs on toast with avocado, whitefish spread and thickened yogurt. Your other savory dish features a homemade egg, sausage and cheese galette. Next, tempt your sweet tooth with overnight oats brimming with healthy chia seeds, coconut, nut butter and more, and a berry, yogurt and granola parfait.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

If you are the least bit hesitant to cook for family or guests, meet Chef Kate! She loves helping people to overcome their fears in the kitchen and make delicious beautiful dishes that will please your palate and your guests. Not only will you learn HOW to cook great things like Fettucine alla vodka or Udon stir fry, but Kate will teach you WHY the different techniques are important to get the best results. Try the avocado & poached egg on fancy toast. It's totally delicious! NYC meets L.A. The bottom half is like a New York everything bagel while the top half rocks the avocado, sprouts, and poached egg. A bit messy to eat but oh so delicious! Kids, families, and adults will love Chef Kate.

Welcoming environment and felt super comfortable as Kate and her lovely partner help with preparing and making the dishes. Also working with others at the cooking section was overall a great experience and would be doing other cooking classes with Kate in the future. Wouldn’t be disappointed and will have so much fun!

I highly recommend participating in a cooking class with Chef Kate! We did the Italian class and learned many helpful cooking tips and useful skills to use at home. Chef Kate makes you feel comfortable and at home even though you may feel out of your comfort zone using new equipment or sharp knives! Chef Kate had great positive energy, a fun sense of humor, and a deep knowledge and passion for cooking with an evident desire to share that with others. The Italian feast class featured a delicious (and vegetarian) menu that is also easy to make at home. It was a fun and different experience cooking and sharing a meal with others. Again, I highly recommend this class and taking a class with Chef Kate. You will not be disappointed!

Had a wonderful evening with Chef Kate learning some new recipes and ways of cooking. Chef Kate opens her hone to you and makes you feel welcome from that moment you enter the door. Highly recommend trying this experience if you are in NYC! The food was delicious!
