What You’ll Do

Discover a menu of flavorful and authentic Indian fare perfect for any zero proof happy hour.

In this hands-on class with Chef Parsati, you will learn how to prepare a handful of authentic Indian dishes as well as three different zero proof mocktails to help cleanse your palate between bites.

While sipping on your sweet chili lime and grape margarita, tropical mango piña colada, and green apple mojito mocktails, Chef Parsati will be teaching you all of the skills and techniques needed to prepare authentic Indian recipes, such as naan bread, garlic prawns, and red lentil dal with spinach and a well-balanced cocktail of Indian spices.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Non vegans can learn a great deal from Chef Parsati. My niece and I want to cook healthier dishes and this class is what we needed. Chef explains the vegan ingredients as recipes are assembled and followed up with sending an ingredient list after the class. Come learn and enjoy!
