Learn how to prepare brain food to boost your mood in this interactive culinary experience.

In this hands-on class with Chef Parsati, you will learn how to prepare a mood-boosting three-course menu using easy-to-master cooking techniques, and fresh ingredients known for their ability to help decrease stress and anxiety levels.

Some of the recipes and dishes you can look forward to adding to your culinary repertoire in this class include a mint- and cilantro-infused avocado dip, a braised salmon steak seasoned with fennel and caraway seeds, a hearty kale salad studded with roasted walnuts and apricots, and a decadent dark chocolate almond fudge for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We had a wonderful meal with chef Parsati! Her home was very welcoming and she was super knowledgeable about the meal as welll as all of the health benefits! Would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a tasty meal + a learning experience!

Me and my partner thoroughly enjoyed Chef Parsati's class. She was very knowledgeable and passionate about cooking, cultures and traveling and we spent a good amount of time getting to know each other. Her home was very warm and welcoming and we felt like we truly made a home-made meal because the chef made it seem so easy and healthy. Additionally, she offered tips on how to substitute some aspects of the meal as well as what cookware to use. Overall a lovely experience and would highly recommend to anyone!
