In this hands-on class with Chef Robert, you and your significant other will learn how to prepare a gourmet, multi-course surf and turf Valentine's Day dinner using fresh, high-quality ingredients and easy-to-master cooking techniques.
Some of the dishes you can look forward to adding to your culinary repertoire in this class include a sumptuous shrimp bisque with herb crostini, Argentine garlic shrimp, a seared pork tenderloin with pan jus, red lentil ragu, poached asparagus, and a milk chocolate mousse with homemade berry coulis, and so much more!
Add-on options for an additional charge: flowers, caviar, chocolates, chocolate-covered strawberries, and a violinist.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
