Learn how to perfectly prepare three types of decadent chocolate mousse with Chef Zach.

Aerated desserts such as mousse seem complicated to make and even trickier to perfect, but in this hands-on cooking class, Chef Zach will help demystify the process and show you how to perfectly prepare professional-looking chocolate mousse at home.

With guidance from Chef Zach, you will create three different types of mousse, starting with a dark chocolate variety made without eggs. Move on to a rich white chocolate mousse topped with fresh strawberries, and end by making a coffee and milk chocolate mousse topped with dark chocolate shavings.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Zach was so delightful. His knowledge of chocolate and desserts made me feel like I was in a Parisian restaurant. I also enjoyed his teaching style and all of his insight into french desserts. He had wonderful stories about specific ingredients and what to pair with his delicious desserts.

Chef Zach was oustanding! He is very knowledgeable and we loved the way he conducted this workshop. He is well prepared, shared his expertise in a very friendly, non-intimidating way. He didn't just give us instructions to make it, he was considerate to also shared what could go wrong and how to recover when possible. Face it - professionals make it look easy until you have to do it on your own and nothing was what you remembered from class. Things which I thought would have been OK to substitute, so glad he went over how changing even the stirring tool could have ended in disaster. Appreciated chef Zach inviting us into his home which felt and look absolutely cozy yet elegant.
