Taste the traditional cuisine of the French Provence in this cooking class with Chef Lamour.
Explore the flavors of the French Riviera in this immersive four-course cooking class. Chef Lamour will teach you how to prepare authentic dishes just like you'd find in Marseille, from hors d'Å“uvres to a traditional French dessert.
First, you will learn how to make roasted garlic aioli and olive tapenade served with seasonal vegetables. Then, you'll make chicken Provencal with red bliss potatoes, gruyere and glazed asparagus served alongside a mixed salad and chickpea flatbread. For dessert, bake a beautiful French cherry clafoutis from scratch.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Lamour is clearly passionate about cooking with more than two decades of international culinary experience to prove it. She has a multifaceted background, having earned her degree in speech and public speaking, studied cooking techniques in France, and worked across New York in fine dining restaurants. Chef Lamour has taught cooking classes for both kids and adults and looks forward to sharing her knowledge with Cozymeal guests.
