Create a three-course meal inspired by Korea and the southern United States with Chef Andrew.
If you're unfamiliar with Korean cuisine, this hands-on cooking class with Chef Andrew is a great introduction. Over three courses, he will teach you how to make traditional dishes from Korea as well as a dessert inspired by the southern United States.
You will start with shrimp rice paper rolls served with hoisin sauce. For your main course, learn how to cook steak in a traditional Korean fashion, then stuff it into taco shells and top it with avocado and vegetables. Finish with a berry shortcake on a ginger cookie base.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
Shrimp Spring Rolls
With hoisin sauce, rice paper, mint, cilantro, lettuce and basil
Korean Steak and Corn Tacos
With Napa cabbage, gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, onion and avocado
Strawberry and Raspberry Shortcake
With ginger biscuits and whipped cream
