Cooking Class - Pumpkin Carving and Pasta Making

What You’ll Do

Discover new and delicious ways to utilize fresh pumpkin in the kitchen with Chef Andy.

In this hands-on class with Chef Andy, you will learn how to properly carve a pumpkin and then discover how to use it to prepare a three-course menu that showcases the flavor and versatility of fresh pumpkin.

Once you've carved up your pumpkin, Chef Andy will share with you the secrets to perfectly toasted pumpkin seeds. Then, make your own pumpkin pasta completely from scratch as well as a brown butter sage sauce. Finally, you will end by building layers of flavor and texture in a homemade pumpkin tiramisu.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
