Learn the secrets of preparing and baking three iconic desserts in this hands-on class.

While it's likely that you've indulged in custards, crèmes, and crêpes before, chances are you may not be aware of the age-old techniques necessary to bring these delightful treats to perfection. In this interactive class with Chef Lisa, you'll both learn these secrets and enjoy plenty of chances to sample.

This class features three desserts: chocolate pots de crème, crème caramel as well as custard crêpe cake and can be dairy and gluten free upon request. By the end of the lesson, you'll be familiar with several new techniques and know exactly what to look for when baking these treats on your own.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

She was given the opportunity to further her career by working as an executive pastry chef for resorts and hotels, as an healthy eating specialist for Whole Foods Market, and now has her own culinary business, where she helps others explore food, and ultimately, better their lives.
