In this hands-on class with Chef Laura, you will learn how to prepare a four-course Mediterranean menu using fresh, high-quality ingredients that boast big, bold flavors as well as numerous health benefits.

After beginning with a nourishing twist on classic bone broth, you will learn how to prepare an impressive homemade pasta dish with lemony collard greens, garlic, and pine nuts as well as a kale and Brussels sprout salad with a homemade tahini maple dressing. Lastly, you'll end with an unbelievably moist citrus olive oil cake for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
