After graduating from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts with a degree in Patisserie and Baking, Chef Courtney threw herself into the fire and began her now successful culinary career working in many a corporate kitchen. Now, Chef Courtney works for one of the largest food service companies in the world.
