Chef Manuel will draw upon his vast culinary expertise to provide you with a lesson about fruit that you are sure to enjoy!

In this hands-on class, you will explore using fruit in an entirely new light. With Chef Manuel as your professional guide, you will begin your three-course class with tiradito studded with fresh shrimp, avocado and passion fruit as the star, followed by the main course of chicken schnitzel with a surprise citrus twist. End the class putting apples on display with a spicy crumble made completely from scratch.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Manuel was a great host and an excellent teacher. He had great details when explaining all his lessons with easy to understand step by step. I have to emphasize his exceptional experience when giving tips that I wouldn't get elsewhere. Was a great pleasure to meet him at his house. Thank you !!
