In this hands-on class with Chef Douglas, you will learn how to prepare a four-course menu of traditional Italian dishes taken to new heights using modern twists and techniques.

Some of the dishes you can look forward to preparing in this class with Chef Douglas include eggplant three ways featuring mozzarella, heirloom tomatoes and arugula, an impressive deconstructed beef lasagna, mushroom risotto with a beautiful Parmesan crust and the added luxury of truffle essence, and a luscious vanilla bean panna cotta with a raspberry coulis and almond tuile for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Douglas has traveled the world to get his inspiration for the dishes that were served, and the presentation and flavors reflected that! The dishes weren't over thought out and were simple yet delicious. If you are looking for a great culinary adventure you and your friends will love Chef Douglas and his menu!!

I just want to make sure that this is going to the correct “chef Doug”. He was great and helped me plan an amazing evening and dining experience for my wife and little girl!! I can’t recommend him highly enough! He took my recommendations and put his spin on it and it all came out great! Book him...you will be so happy that you did!
