The best things come in small packages, and Chef Jalenia is no exception. Her positive energy is infectious making for a great learning environment in a very spacious kitchen where she can be seen deftly moving from station to station without missing a beat. The highlight of the menu is the baked fish entree. It was as moist & delicious as it was aromatic & balanced - couldn't wait to try this dish.

I had an amazing time with Chef Jalenia. Definitely learned new cooking techniques while having fun. Me and my boyfriend absolutely love the Crab Stuffed Shrimp!!!
