Chef Charlene will teach you how to make 2 different batters for both sweet and savory crêpes. Then, using individual crêpe machines, you'll be able to take a stab at making your own! You will have the chance to prepare a variety of crêpes with a combination of delightful toppings.

The Chef welcomes you to bring your own beverage to enjoy with the crêpes.

I was born and raised in Paris, France and have a background in fine-dining. After graduating college, I decided to spend a few years traveling, finally deciding to settle down in the Bay Area. In every country I visited, people always asked me to make crêpes. It soon became a passion! With my culinary background, I was able to start a crêpe catering business in Oakland. Chef Charlene's crêpes are outstanding. She makes the process look so easy and can whip up all sorts of flavor combinations in minutes! Trying her s'mores crêpe really added so much happiness to my life.
