Discover what happens when you combine tropical Caribbean ingredients with Asian cooking techniques and traditions.
In this hands-on class with Chef David, you will learn the skills and techniques needed to prepare a four-course Caribbean-Asian fusion menu founded on exotic flavors and fresh, high-quality ingredients.
You will begin with a tropical island salsa appetizer before moving onto the main event: a sweet and tangy tangerine chicken entrée sided by lime zest rice flecked with fresh cilantro as well as garlicky string beans. Finally, you'll end on a sweet note with a deeply flavored roasted piña colada a la mode.
Guests are welcome to purchase wine and beer from the venue.

Chef David has extensive personal and private chef experience as well as event production experience via the Food Network and the James Beard Foundation. Chef David's culinary expertise is Caribbean-soul food fusion cuisine, which he learned from his mother’s Jamaican roots and his father’s Southern upbringing. Chef David is also a culinary philanthropist who is passionate about giving back to the community through culinary arts.
