You'll start your meal off with a refreshing caprese salad with fresh tomato and basil. After mixing, rolling, cutting and cooking your homemade potato gnocchi, Chef Landi will teach you how to prepare a traditional Bolognese sauce. You'll finish up with a delightful vanilla crème brûlée for a sweet touch.

We had a fantastic time with Chef Landi - he is a great instructor in explaining how to prepare the dishes that we feasted on, and he has a passion for what he makes that is infectious. We had a nice group and all seemed to enjoy not only the process of making our meal but also eating it! We will probably return for a future meal with Chef Landi!

A top-tier chef with a top-tier attitude. Landi is extremely kind, informative (both regarding food as well as international travel through stories), and funny. This is our second time with Landi, and we will certainly come back again to learn how to create another delicious meal.

Chef Landi was a great and I’ll definitely be making these dishes at home. I felt the others in our group were pretty rude and inconsiderate, but he didn’t rush anyone despite going well over the intended class time. He explained why he did things as he went, how you could change the recipe if you wanted a different flavor, and even supplied boxes to take home leftovers. Very friendly, patient, and kind. Thank you for letting us into your home!
