A global ambassador for Taiwanese cuisine, Chef Jessica has assisted in opening 15 Taiwanese restaurant chains in multiple states as well as consulting for start-up Taiwanese restaurants in Thailand. Chef Jessica also established and released a product line of frozen and packaged Taiwanese food. Chef Jessica is currently running a popular Taiwanese restaurant and sharing her passion for Taiwanese cuisine via cooking classes.

Chef Jessica was super nice & knowledgeable, and it was a great time overall. We came away with some tasty new recipes and lots of leftovers!

We had the best time hanging out with Chef Jessica and meeting the other folks in the class while eating SUCH delicious food. All of the dishes were fantastic and there was so much that she even kindly boxed up leftovers for us to take home :) If you are looking to learn about how to cook these Taiwanese dishes and have a great evening/afternoon out as a date/with friends/family, I can't recommend this experience highly enough. We will definitely be using what we learned today in the future! Also it was just such enjoyable company and great conversation on top of everything else! Thank you so much :)

My husband and I LOVED this class! The food was fantastic and Jess was a great teacher. She was very knowledgeable, answered all our questions, gave us lots of tips and did an amazing job preparing everything for our arrival. The kitchen was clean and beautiful and the company was great. We really enjoyed the evening and went home with full bellies and lots of left overs! Jess and Austin also went out of their way to make it a welcoming environment and a nice experience, offering little extra treats along the way. We highly recommend this class! Thanks, Jess. :)
