What You’ll Do

The classic pizza party is a tried-and-true party theme that never goes out of style.

In this hands-on class with Chef Stuart, kids can learn how to make fresh pizza dough from scratch and use their imaginations to build their own pizzas!

Kids will discover the science behind live yeast when forming the dough before painting on their sauce, sprinkling on their cheese, and adding their toppings. Chef Stuart will also sneak in some extra vegetables and teach kids how to build a homemade Caesar salad before ending with a dessert pizza made either with cream cheese and fresh berries or Nutella.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

For over 10 years, Chef Stuart has been honing his culinary prowess working as an independent personal chef. Currently, Chef Stuart can be found at a local public high school where he teaches Culinary Arts. Prior to that, Chef Stuart taught Culinary Arts at a private nonprofit special education school in New Jersey and has worked as a summer camp chef tasked with cooking for 650 people in Pennsylvania’s Pocono Mountains.
