Chef Vincent's vanilla soufflé was perfect! He possesses incredible skill and technique and it was very cool to see how that was made. All of his desserts were truly exquisite!

I came into this class having failed at making macarons twice in the past. Excellent class! I learned all the tricks about how to make macarons and all the mistakes to avoid. Thank you for this class, Chef Vincent. I really enjoyed the small class instructions. I can finally make macarons!
