Meet your chef
Chef Todd is a certified executive chef with over 30 years of experience, and over a decade of experience as a culinary arts instructor. He formerly served as the culinary program manager for the U.S. Antarctic Program, interned in Austria after graduating from culinary school, and worked in Russia cooking for U.S. embassy personnel. Today, Chef Todd is the director of Food and Nutrition at a large hospital, and is a phenomenal culinary instructor.
