Whether you're well-versed in Whole30 or are just starting out, this cooking experience will highlight incredible recipes that follow Whole30 guidelines.
Elevate your daily cooking with a few Whole30 tricks. In this class with Chef Amanda, you will prepare healthy and robust dishes such as zucchini fritters, butternut squash soup, seared scallops with cauliflower purée, and more. The best part is each course features outstanding flavor while remaining nutritious.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
Zucchini Fritters
With lemon-dill sauce, and homemade mayonnaise
Curried Butternut Squash Soup
With coconut milk
Brussels Sprouts and Bacon Salad
With oranges
Seared Scallops
With cauliflower purée and a fresh herb sauce

Chef Amanda is a culinary artist who’s also passionate about local produce. After graduating Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, she attended restaurant business school in Australia before moving just outside of Athens, Georgia to farm and grow sustainable vegetables, fruits and flowers. Chef Amanda has spent time as a cooking coach for a major grocery store chain, has taught cooking classes and currently teaches at Salud Cooking School.
