As you prepare a beautifully succulent meal, you will be doing so using local ingredients, such as local clams, grass-fed beef from nearby Vermont, seasonal vegetables and more. Discover the vast history that goes into each authentic Boston dish.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef April also has extensive knowledge and experience working in the world of pastry and baking, having worked in an organic bakery in France as well as running the kitchen at a one-of-a-kind cupcake shop in Kenya.

April was very professional and a terrific host. She obviously knew a lot about the food and made sure everyone was comfortable and got to participate in the process. The food at the end of the night was delicious.
