In this hands-on class with Chef Matt, you'll learn how to prepare a four-course Latin-inspired menu that infuses culture and flavors from the northern Mexican border all the way to the southern tip of Argentina.

As you work your way through preparing each item on the menu, Chef Matt will focus on teaching you how to create well-balanced dishes showcasing a spectrum of bold colors and fierce flavors that ignite the taste buds in a way that won’t leave you searching for a glass of milk to quell the fire.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Matt has a travelers palette! Kick-off the weekend with esquites from the south of Spain and finish the evening with Japanese mochi for dessert. This chef is a haven for food junkies looking to try something new.
