In this hands-on class with Chef David, you will learn how to handcraft fresh ravioli and tortellini from scratch — an impressive feat and skill lost to most home cooks today.
You will begin by mastering the homemade pasta dough before creating your fillings, such as brown butter sage ricotta and a brothy mushroom leek, that will provide an explosion of unexpected flavor. Once you’ve molded your ravioli and tortellini and sealed them up with your fillings, you will learn how to plate the fruits of your labor to perfection.

Meet your chef
Chef David has had a passion for cooking for most of his life. Born in Tunisia and raised in France, Chef David discovered his love for the culinary lifestyle at the age of 14. He attended the International Culinary Center in New York City. With studies in Italy and France, he was able to learn the best from the best, including Chef Gualtiero Marchesi and more Michelin star chefs. Now he is ready to share his knowledge and passion.
