I was lucky enough to attend two classes recently, both taught by Kate.
First, we went with some friends to a sushi making class. Then last week I went with a different friend to learn to make stuffed pasta.
I thoroughly enjoyed both experiences and feel like I learned a lot and will be able to put those things into practice.
I've already used one of the recipes I came home with for a winter squash salad that's delicious.
