Chef Hilda was 5/5 stars!! She was helpful and walked us through the entire process. The recipes were easy to understand, each station was well prepped, clean, and organized. We booked on a weekday and ended up having a private lesson with her. It was fantastic! We walked away with 5 to go boxes of our meal, which was incredibly delicious and coming from an Filipina it was super authentic. We loved Chef Hilda and would recommend her to everyone! We will definitely book another class!

Our evening with Chef Hilda was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, her warmth and inviting demeanor set the tone for a truly memorable culinary experience. The preparation space was beautifully set up and ready for the meal we had selected, making us feel both welcome and excited to begin. The portions were more than generous — after enjoying a fantastic meal, we still left with a full doggie bag to savor later. Throughout the evening, Chef Hilda struck a perfect balance between expert instruction and patient encouragement, always keeping the mood light and fun, even as we required more than a little guidance in the kitchen. What made this so much more than just a meal was the opportunity to see — and participate in — how a professional chef transforms fresh ingredients into something truly extraordinary. This experience didn’t just match the romance of a fine dining restaurant — it surpassed it, giving us both a wonderful meal and new skills to take home. Thank you, Chef Hilda!

Chef Hilda was amazing. She was so knowledgable and personable and made us feel really at home. The food was delicious and can’t wait try out the recipes to impress our next dinner guests. Such a refreshing experience away from the Strip and couldn’t recommend highly enough!

This was our first Cozymeal experience and we loved it. Chef Hilda was very kind and we felt so welcome in her home, enough so that we left the experience feeling like new friends. Wow, what a great experience! Chef Hilda was kind, interesting and knowledgeable. It was like cooking with a friend! The stations we had were prepared so well- everything was very clean and very easy to follow. She is highly organized and had all fresh ingredients. She allowed us to take photos of all the ingredients as well as where to find everything in the Las Vegas valley. She provided us with plenty of food to take home as well as a print out of all the things we made. We will definitely come back to her!!

Three girlfriends and I recently did a cooking class with Chef Hilda, and it was an absolute blast! Chef Hilda is incredibly sweet and fun to cook with. She gave us little tips and help where we needed it and then always made sure to let us try things on our own. Her home and kitchen were immaculate - a perfect cooking environment! She was very organized and created little cooking stations for each of us to work at, so everyone had something to do. The best part was that the food was absolutely amazing! And there was so much of it that we ate some of it while we were there and then took lots of leftovers (and the recipes) home with us. I highly recommend this experience. I cannot wait to try another one of Chef Hilda's cooking classes!

Chef Hilda is an amazing chef and instructor. We first met her when we held a large dinner party and hired her as our personal chef for the party. I continue to have friends and family who comment about the meal and courses that she made that night: lobster, steak, vegetables galore, sauces, crab cakes, stuffed artichokes, creme brulee...(the list goes on!). Since then, I have personally taken a number of her classes that she offers where I learned how to make homemade pasta among other menu items. She is diligent, helpful, kind and understanding and an expert in this field. She even provided us with wine pairings for each of the dishes we made; I could not have been more pleased. I will continue to use Ms. Hilda as a personal chef for parties and actually, I have a girls' night group cooking class booked and I cannot wait to see what she has in store for us.
