His culinary journey has taken him to top kitchens, including the 2 Michelin-starred Melisse in Santa Monica and 1 Michelin-starred Heritage in Long Beach. He also served as pastry chef at a GQ Best Restaurant in Seattle, specializing in an 18-course omakase tasting menu.
