But his favorite aspect of being a chef: teaching. Our experience was amazing, so much that words cannot fully describe - PLEASE GO DO THIS FOR YOURSELF, you will not be disappointed! Chef Pete makes you feel so comfortable and welcome in his classroom (kitchen) you’ll leave wanting to immediately sign up for another class! And so worth every dollar spent!

Chef Peter is one of the most approachable chefs I've ever met. You can tell he truly loves cooking and wants to help set up others for success. What I loved most is he didn't just tell us what to do, but why we were doing it. Everything from why you'd put a little salt in your salad greens to pro tips for making the perfect roasted chicken; basics for making vinaigrettes at home to how beef is graded and what to look for. It was all his little touches that really elevated the basics we made. I definitely came away from the class a better cook!
