Chef Francesca prepares a multi-course vegetarian menu onsite using the best ingredients the season has to offer. Grilled vegetables and tangy salad, fresh homemade pasta and eggplant Parmesan are complemented by a dreamy house-made fruit sorbet that changes with the seasons. Chef Francesca is native to the Italian island of Sardinia and brings her years of in-depth culinary knowledge and love of Sardinian cuisine to this skillfully crafted menu.

Chef Francesca gave us an authentic Italian cooking class that was very fun too! We loved her easy tips learning how to make pasta from scratch, how to cook meat in a Dutch oven, tricks to bake very tasty potatoes and an how to make easy chocolate dessert. I highly recommend chef Francesca!

I surprised my fiancé with a private cooking class with Francesca as an early Valentine’s Day gift. The last time we had truly authentic Italian food was in Italy, and this was the first time we experienced fresh, homemade Italian cuisine since returning. Francesca, who is from Sardinia, was warm and welcoming as she shared her style of cooking from scratch, showing us how to simplify Italian dishes. My fiancée is pregnant, and Francesca was incredibly helpful in guiding us on how to modify our meals—such as pasteurizing eggs and adjusting the tiramisu recipe. The result was the best tiramisu we’ve ever had, and now we’ll always want to make it ourselves! We highly recommend learning from Francesca, it was a wonderful and unforgettable experience.

Francesca was amazing. She was so funny and patient and my boyfriend and I had a great time. The food was so delicious and we learned so many skills and techniques to try on our own.
