I have been in love with food and cooking for as long as I can remember. Growing up on the East Coast, I learned how to cook from my father, and eventually I took this passion to culinary school. Chef Talia is so friendly and a very talented chef and teacher! She puts a special touch on everything, even making tap water beautiful! Her miso-sake salmon dish was wonderfully simple yet still some of the most flavorful pan-fried fish I've had. It was a joy to meet Chef Talia, learn from her, and try her food. She keeps things from being too complex so that you can easily recreate them at home but still adds amazing flavor and style to all of her dishes and has some very inventive recipes! I'll need to try making her matcha whipped cream at home, maybe to serve with a flourless chocolate cake!
