Growing up, my family and I would take road trips every summer. One of our favorite locations was Charleston, South Carolina, where I would eat the best she-crab soup and the most delicious biscuits. While I love to cook a variety of dishes, this one is a favorite because I love to eat it, and it is inspired by the memories of enjoying great, authentic food in the company of wonderful people.
