What You’ll Do

Take a taste-centered tour of Italy's dining heritage with your crew in tow.

A culinary tour of Italy begins with a single taste in this exciting hands-on team building activity. Bring your crew to the kitchen for an exploration of the finest flavors from the Old World.

You'll transform beef tenderloin, shaved Parmesan and capers into sumptuous carpaccio. Later, build your team skills by combining mushrooms with chicken breast and white wine for a creamy risotto. Crisp up tender polenta fries for a fun side dish and assemble your own tiramisu for a tasty traditional dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages. If you are interested in bringing wine and beer, please discuss this with a Sales Representative.

My husband and I live in a small town with little to do during the winter months. We decided to have a date night by cooking together. Our first attempt at online classes with Chef Logan was exceptional. We made pizza and Bruschetta. I consider myself a decent cook, but Chef Logan helped me with the issues I had with cooking with our pizza oven that I couldn't figure out and by the way, it was my technique!! My husband enjoyed it so much that he's looking forward to booking our next class with Chef Logan. We would recommend it for couples, girls' nights out, or even by yourself.

Chef Logan was very understanding and patient, and explained everything with as much detail as possible. This is the only bubble tea class on Cozymeal, and I learned quite a few cooking skills. Don't be like me, though; do your prep work! lol
