What You’ll Do

Gather your team for an interactive lesson in classic Italian cooking.

In this hands-on team building activity, Chef Burcu guides your team as you work together to craft a stunning three-course Italian menu from scratch. In this lesson, the chef will demonstrate traditional techniques from preparing pasta by hand to layering an iconic dessert, sharing gourmet tips along the way.

You will expand your culinary repertoire as you transform simple ingredients into an elegant meal using tried-and-true flavor combinations and time-honored methods from Italian cuisine. Start with some seasonal salad and continue by mastering Italian classics - chicken Alfredo and tiramisu.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Burcu has spent the better part of the last 10 years building a career in the food industry. Educated in the arts of French cuisine, chocolate confection and cake design, she has held positions as a food server, chef and executive chef in restaurants and hotels across Turkey and Canada — she has even owned a pasta-making company. Chef Burcu specializes in French and Mediterranean cuisine and is excited to share her knowledge and skills as a culinary instructor.

Chef Burcu’s class was so organized. When we arrived, everything was ready for us. She explained the process, gave helpful hints, and tips. She provided a relaxed and interactive environment to have fun, chat with the others, and learn a new dish. Of course, sitting down to a nice meal at the end of the session was the best part. I highly recommend her whether you are a beginner or a practiced cook.
