Gather your team for this exciting on-site team building activity in sushi making. Chef Paul will come to your office or venue and teach your group how to make sushi like a professional using high-quality ingredients and time-honored techniques.
They’ll begin with a demonstration on how to cook sushi rice and delicately slice raw fish and vegetables. Then, your team will break into groups for some healthy competition as they work together to create classic and modern sushi rolls from scratch. For dessert, Chef Paul will teach your team how to make croffles — the delicious hybrid of waffles and croissants.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
All necessary cooking equipment, dinnerware and utensils will be provided by the chef. The venue is required to have access to an outlet, sinks nearby, tables set-up to prep and garbage containers. The chef will arrive a minimum of 30 minutes in advance.
