What You’ll Do

Experience the friendly competition of a team-based culinary contest featuring Vietnamese fare.

The flavors of Vietnamese cuisine are the battlefield for an on-site team building cooking class hosted by Chef Alicia. Get your crew in on the competition as they learn how to prepare authentic Asian-Pacific dishes they'll love.

The challenge is on as your group creates savory spring rolls filled with crisp vegetables and served with a creamy peanut sauce. They'll craft bahn mi, an authentic Vietnamese sandwich, topped with pickled carrots and traditional maggi sauce. The contest wraps up with Vietnamese coffee and a lesson in baking ginger cookies.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Amazing, relaxed and well organized! The food was simple and delicious. It was a lot of fun to learn to use the phyllo pastry to make the must delicious, simple and tasty dessert with just few ingredients. Love it.

We had a great time with Alicia, the meal was very tasty. She is organized and clear in her advice and instructions. The "Classic Middle Eastern Spread" meal is accessible to people who are beginners in cooking or who are looking for a simple dish to make. We recommand cooking with her :)

Chef Alicia was great! It’s worth noting though that this is not exactly Chicken Shawarma. The meal is not fully the authentic middle eastern dish, it’s rather the chef’s spin on the dish. And it’s great! Alicia herself was very helpful and adjusted to our cooking style/level wonderfully. Great chef!
