Experience the friendly competition of a team-based culinary contest featuring Vietnamese fare.
The flavors of Vietnamese cuisine are the battlefield for an on-site team building cooking class hosted by Chef Alicia. Get your crew in on the competition as they learn how to prepare authentic Asian-Pacific dishes they'll love.
The challenge is on as your group creates savory spring rolls filled with crisp vegetables and served with a creamy peanut sauce. Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
