This on-site competition turns plant-forward cuisine into a delicious challenge for your crew to savor.
This in-office team building activity with Chef Alicia is no garden variety cooking class. It's a culinary contest that challenges your crew to create their best takes on an array of incredible vegetarian specialties.
Chef Alicia shares her secrets for turning wholesome ingredients into gourmet dishes with savory vegetable-based appeal. Then, your gang splits into breakout teams to prepare a menu featuring baby cucumbers stuffed with everything bagel-flavored cream cheese and assorted vegetables, ceviche tacos with chickpeas in place of meat, and a layered Nanaimo dessert. May the best chefs win!
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
All necessary utensils will be provided by the chef. The venue is required to have access to sinks nearby, tables set-up to prep and garbage containers. Chefs are able to arrive a minimum of 30 minutes in advance.

She has completed many courses in culinary skills, exploration of wine, food styling and more, and now works in the hospitality and food product development realm where she enjoys curating Mediterranean, Latin, Asian and other recipes, as well as crafting health-conscious meals. Chef Alicia looks forward to meeting new faces and bringing joy through food!
