Indulge in an exquisite fine dining experience where Chef Danielle masterfully blends tradition with innovation. This thoughtfully curated fusion menu highlights premium ingredients and refined techniques for an elevated culinary journey.

Begin with delicately dressed oysters, brightened by a classic mignonette. Then, enjoy an artful beef tartare, balanced with shallots and mustard seeds on crisp crostini. For the main course, savor succulent duck breast paired with buttery potato pavé, citrusy orange and sweet carrot. Conclude with a perfectly balanced lemon tart, where zesty citrus meets a delicate, buttery crust.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Danielle made the most delicious food for my bridal shower! Everyone was saying how amazing everything was and they were able to accommodate and provide gluten free options for myself and a few other guests who were gluten intolerant. A go to for your private dining/catering needs
