Amazing experience! Very friendly and authentic. Food was amazing and he took the time to really show how it’s done properly, as well as explaining every step carefully. Very personable and had great conversations with him.

We had a wonderful experience with Chef Simone! He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and patient. All 3 ravioli dishes we made were absolutely delicious and we hope to make them again. I highly recommend his cooking class to others :)
