Explore authentic Mexican flavors with a gourmet twist.

In this luxurious private chef experience, indulge in delicious fine dining feast. Chef Justin will craft a multi-course menu featuring contemporary Mexican cuisine.

The meal begins with a tuna ceviche made with cucumber, avocado and pickled onion, flavored with ginger and Mezcal. Then, enjoy a refreshing tomato salad with watermelon and Cotija cheese with a sprinkle of chili salt. A savory carne asada with salsa verde and a side of rice makes up the main course. Savor a coconut pineapple flan with runny caramel sauce for a sweet finish.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Justin is fantastic! Very knowledgeable, he let us pick his brain and ask questions. It was a very fun class, the food was great. We did the Italian class. I’d highly recommend getting Chef Justin for a cooking class, or getting him for a meal or catering.
