Next, tender braised short rib in a rich red wine sauce along with creamy coconut rice and field peas, and crispy local snapper escovitch, highlighted by spicy scotch bonnet peppers and vegetables. Dessert is a true taste of the tropics: Passion fruit crema.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Jamila exceeded our expectations of Cozymeal and effortlessly delivered an amazing dinner while we sat at the kitchen counter and chatted about her experience on private yachts, her time in Barbados and everything in between. She cooked the best meal our kitchen has ever seen and we'll definitely be requesting her again in the future! Thanks Jamila
