Chef Paul invites you to enjoy a specially-crafted menu featuring fresh sushi.

In this private chef experience, Chef Paul showcases the art of sushi with a light, yet vibrant menu. Begin with a savory beef tataki followed by an assortment of traditional sushi, including salmon, tuna, eel and more. Next, choose from the chef’s colorful specialty rolls, each with its own unique composition of textures and flavors. For dessert, the chef will prepare a silky green tea ice cream.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

After studying culinary arts in New Brunswick, Chef Paul began his luminous career as a professional chef specializing in Korean and Japanese food. He is a talented sushi chef and master of Korean BBQ, with a flair for crafting dishes that are both traditional yet delightfully modern. Chef Paul currently runs his own restaurant, but has also worked as a restaurant manager and private chef. Now, he's eager to share his knowledge and skill with you.

Had a fantastic experience with chef Paul. Would recommend the class to anyone, irrespective of skill level. My wife is the cook in the family, but I see my self making a lot of sushi in the future. All recipes are provided and chef Paul told us we could reach out to him regarding any questions.
