Chef Paul invites you to enjoy a specially-crafted menu featuring fresh sushi.

In this private chef experience, Chef Paul showcases the art of sushi with a light, yet vibrant menu. Begin with a savory beef tataki followed by an assortment of traditional sushi, including salmon, tuna, eel and more. Next, choose from the chef’s colorful specialty rolls, each with its own unique composition of textures and flavors. For dessert, the chef will prepare a silky green tea ice cream.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

After studying culinary arts in New Brunswick, Chef Paul began his luminous career as a professional chef specializing in Korean and Japanese food. He is a talented sushi chef and master of Korean BBQ, with a flair for crafting dishes that are both traditional yet delightfully modern. Chef Paul currently runs his own restaurant, but has also worked as a restaurant manager and private chef. Now, he's eager to share his knowledge and skill with you.

Paul was an amazing instructor. The food was on point with simple easy to follow along instructions! He gives great tips for cooking and sushi restaurants in town and has a great sense of humour!! The atmosphere was clean and professional. Highly recommend this experience!

I recently had the pleasure of attending a Korean cooking class with Chef Paul, and it was an incredible experience! We made delicious Korean fried chicken and Korean fish-shaped pancakes for dessert. Chef Paul was extremely knowledgeable and had a warm, inviting aura that immediately put me at ease. I was initially a little anxious about doing a private cooking class in someone's home, but Chef Paul created a safe and pleasant environment that made the experience truly enjoyable. He was an excellent teacher, explaining everything clearly and making the class both educational and fun. I would definitely recommend this class to anyone looking to learn Korean cuisine or just enjoy a unique and memorable experience. Thank you, Chef Paul!
