A recent convert to the low-carb lifestyle, Chef John will prepare for you four courses of keto specialities. To begin your private chef experience, he will serve a hearty yet healthy bowl of roasted tomato soup, and classic Spanish tapas of garlic prawns atop crispy zucchini fritters. Sous vide grass-fed steak with chimichurri and colorful roasted vegetables follow. For dessert, indulge in guilt-free, keto-friendly churros with chocolate sauce.

A runner up in the 1999 Toque d'Or culinary competition in London, Chef John has been featured in The Sun newspaper and Restaurant Australia magazine, and he once cooked for Prince Charles at the opening of a new museum!
