Begin by preparing a unique salad featuring beetroot and guacamole before creating tender shrimp poached in wine and topped with fresh salsa verde. Then, it's onto chicken rice studded with eggs and homemade ice cream with a sweet berry twist.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

My husband and I had a really fun time at this class! The instructions were easy to follow and Chef Akshay is such a humble and down to earth guy. We had a blast and would definitely do more classes with Chef Akshay in the future. The food was also absolutely delicious and we will definitely be attempting to recreate the menu at home. Overall, a wonderful experience!
