Begin by preparing a unique salad featuring beetroot and guacamole before creating tender shrimp poached in wine and topped with fresh salsa verde. Then, it's onto chicken rice studded with eggs and homemade ice cream with a sweet berry twist.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Akshay was great! I was concerned about what the set up would look like in a home kitchen but it was phenomenally done! We had an amazing time!!! Food was fantastic! Definitely plan on coming back with a bigger group!

Chef Akshay invited us into his beautiful home with his amazingly renovated kitchen for his masterclass. You can tell right away how much passion Chef Akshay has for cooking when talking to him. The Asian Streetfood was so good that we made it the following night following his tips and recipes. Definitely recommend!

Chef Akshay was educational and engaging. My family had a wonderful time and said they learned a lot about the flavours and how they work together. They also enjoyed the personal stories that added context and colour to the recipes and experience. It was a perfect Christmas/Birthday gift for my Dad and Brother.
