My husband and I had a really fun time at this class! The instructions were easy to follow and Chef Akshay is such a humble and down to earth guy. We had a blast and would definitely do more classes with Chef Akshay in the future. The food was also absolutely delicious and we will definitely be attempting to recreate the menu at home. Overall, a wonderful experience!

He walks into the session with a probe thermometer tugged to his jacket and says "Welcome to my masterclass" that is the moment you understand that its not just a class its a master's class. I follow him from his instagram and attended couple of sessions where he would make cooking so simple and elegant. His signature recipes are worth drooling and I am sure he would be very successful if he opens a restaurant in Toronto. I wish him good luck. Kudos to you chef Akshay.

A true hidden gem in Canada!!!
I attended chef's masterclass cuisine of Dubai and I must tell you that it was way beyond my expectations. He got us even printed recipes and had stories to tell from all over the world. Such an insightful class that I have starting loving cooking again.
All the recipes and methods were precise and he made sure that I learnt it right. :) Cant wait to try his other masterclasses.

One of the most innovative and happy chef I have ever come across. A true professional who ensures you lesrn while he demonstrates his skills. His cooking classes are a treat for all my friends. His knowledge of various cuisines and such a humble personality ensures that we come back for his culinary adventures. Attended last session as a part of world food in London and was a superhit as chef paired food with some great whiskies.
